DESCRIPTION

BottleTree Culture kick offs of the spring edition of "Makinu In The Park," with a high energy Soukous class featuring a live band curated by EPA's own Redtone Records. Makinu In The Park is a free outdoor dance and live music series that was launched in collaboration with the City of East Palo Alto's Summer Park Activation program. The series features world-class instructors and musicians rooted in the movement + music styles of Africa and its global diaspora.
