Learn simple ways to improve your full body strength, flexibility, balance and endurance with little or no equipment at all, no matter what condition you are in now. At every session you will challenge and train all the 9 major movements of the human body the way nature intended it and have fun doing it. Horizontal Push, Horizontal Pull, Vertical Push, Vertical Pull, Squat, Dead-lift, Spinal Flexion, Spinal Extension and Spinal torsion. All levels welcome, our progression system accommodates everybody!
