Alfonso Gonzalez Lara ( Poncho Glez ) Started dancing 11 years old at D´ansa Jazz Stage Mexico. He is a teacher and choreographer of hip hop since 2006. In 2007, Poncho was awarded a Jazz and Hip Hop scholarship at Jump Dance Convention and placed first at the Hip Hop International in 2014 and 2015 representing Mexico.
