She has a background in accounting and finance and is the Financial Manager of Aerial Arts Association. She is also passionate about health and fitness through aerial arts, especially making them accessible to every body.

This Intro to Lyra class is for people who are new to aerials. We will condition, incorporating aerial strength training, active flexibility and aerial dance choreography into the class. Students will learn knee hangs, Lady on the Moon, Mermaid position and more. *Please wear yoga pants, tank top and socks to make sure that you're body is covered during the class.

In this Sexy Choreography class, you will learn exotic dance choreography incorporating slow movement around the pole, transitions to the floor and floor work. Think body waves, heel clacks, splits, slinky leg waves and unexpected flow around the pole. This class will help you learn control, coordination, and proper execution of dance elements. Heels and kneepads are required Pre-req: At least three L1 classes

Pole Foundations (Intro)

Foundations is the class for anyone brand new to pole dancing to those working on climbing to the top of the pole. Starting from the ground up, you will learn beginner pole dance moves, including spins, climbs, and floorwork. Every class incorporates conditioning work such as inversion preparation and climbing. The majority of each class is spent developing choreography and you will be dancing on the pole by the end of your very first class!

Build a solid foundation for your aerial journey with this Inversions Bootcamp class. Inversions Bootcamp is the bridge class between Pole Foundations and Pole L2. We will work on climbs, inverts and knee hangs while focusing on technique and building endurance. This class is for anyone who wants to solidify their aerial basics.

In Pole 2, we'll develop strength and condition to start going upside down, inverting to outside and inside leg hangs. We will develop new movements such as crucifix, teddy hold, side climbs, and jasmine. Pre-req: Ability to climb to the top of the pole and perform a floor inversion.
