In this class, students develop flexibility to reduce pain and increase range of motion. Students get a full-body stretch with a focus on the hips and lower back. While this class was specifically designed for people who sit during the day and want to stretch out their lower bodies, all students will benefit from the gentle-yet-effective methods taught. All body types and flexibility levels are encouraged to join. No Prerequisite
