MY STORY

John Carlo Lugtu has been dancing since he was a little kid, when he started watching dancers in music videos. As he grew up, he became heavily interested in break dancing and practiced for several of years. After taking a dance break in Middle School, John Carlo was re-exposed to dance in his Junior Year of High School by one of his good friends, Ruben Mendoza. He was brought to CDBN (Captivating Dance By Nona), and it was there when he truly fell in love with dance. Surrounded by amazing talent, John Carlo was exposed to styles like Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, and many more. He was then introduced to the Urban Dance Community when attending his first outside workshop at MNW. Since then, he's joined Chocolate Factory and now teaches at On One Studios.
