MY STORY

Jessica has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Paris. She works for non-profit as a therapist with the Latin community in the Bay Area. Working with trauma in many forms, she deeply believes in the healing powers of dance and the restorative strengths of finding community through dance, culture and art. Having lived abroad and traveled extensively, she has also had the opportunity to study dance around the world. Her dance interests have always revolved around traditional dances from various cultures. However, Afro-Latin rhythms have won her heart and Cuban dances are her new love. She has recently had the pleasure to join Arenas in 2018.
