MY STORY

Born and raised and in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA this also home to where J.J. started his dance career. Working in local productions such as Grease, and Chicago. Straight out of high school he moved to Los Angeles, CA where he trained at Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio and Millennium Dance Complex training in styles such as Jazz, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Whacking, Voguing, and House. Training with industry professionals led to opportunities to work with people such as Howie Mandel, NappyTabs, and Jaquel Knight, Matt Cady and many more; all while attending college at Cal State Northridge, where he earned his degree in Kinesiology and Dance. After 6 years in L.A. J.J. moved across the pond to London, UK and signed to Box Artist Management (B.A.M.) Agency where he worked with artist such as Little Mix, and Rebecca Ferguson and danced on Britain's Got Talent. He was also co-director of Studio 68's Training Academy, teaching and molding dancers who were looking to get into the professional dance industry! ​ In 2014 J.J. moved back to the Bay Area where he continues to teach and inspire others through his knowledge, skills, and passion. After graduation, J.J. took his skills across the pond to London where he signed with Box Artist management (B.A.M.) Agency where he worked with artists such as Little Mix and Rebecca Ferguson, and danced on Britain's Got Talent! In 2014, J.J. returned to the Bay where he continues to teach to share his knowledge and passion with others.
