Elizebeth grew up dancing in Santa Cruz and has been a part of the Bay Area dance community for many years. She earned her BA in Dance from SF State, and her MFA in Dance Performance & Choreography from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied on full scholarship. Elizebeth has had the pleasure of teaching students of all ages at Boston Ballet School, Endicott College, SF State, as well as in numerous dance studios and public schools. She has performed with professional modern dance companies on both coasts and internationally, and is currently choreographing and performing with the Oakland-based collective Stranger Lover Dreamer. In addition to SADC, Elizebeth is honored to be on faculty in the dance program at St. Mary's College. She believes in dance education as a collaborative experience of personal and artistic growth, joy, and transformation.
