This Intro to Lyra class is for people who are new to aerials. We will condition, incorporating aerial strength training, active flexibility and aerial dance choreography into the class. Students will learn knee hangs, Lady on the Moon, Mermaid position and more. *Please wear yoga pants, tank top and socks to make sure that you're body is covered during the class.

About Christine Lee

Christine has been training, performing and teaching circus arts over 12 years. She specializes in Single Point Trapeze, Aerial Hoop, Flying Trapeze, Double Aerial, and contortion/acrobatics. Christine has taught/performed at various resorts in the Caribbean and South East Asia, and has been teaching and performing in San Francisco over the past 7 years. She’s passionate about circus arts, always experimenting with new apparatuses, and loves sharing her passion for circus with students.
