“I am not an aerialist because I want to make pretty shapes in the air…I am here because there are things that can only be expressed when movement and music come together on planes that aren’t bound by gravity.” Angela has been doing aerial silks since 2009. She first trained with Rain and Sarah of the Paper Doll Militia, at the Athletic Playground and Kinetic Arts Center. Angela's focus has always been on emphasizing the artistic, expressive side of aerial silk through choreography and performance. She works regularly with TrapezeWorld, La Maison Aurora, Circosphere, and Entire Productions, as well as independently.
